Orders that have yet to ship may be cancelled by emailing info@rockswithsass.com. Orders that have already shipped must be returned in order to receive a refund.

Any order updates must be made prior to the order shipping. Please email info@rockswithsass.com to update your shipping address or remove items from your order. Additional items cannot be added to existing orders. Please place a second order to purchase additional items. If your original order has yet to ship, we can combine shipments and
refund any shipping overages per customer request.

Please make sure the shipping address is error-free, as refunds will not be issued for orders with
incorrect or missing address information after they have shipped.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for items that are unworn and in the original packaging. Shipping returned items back is the responsibility of the customer and only refunds for returned products will be given. Refunds for items returned will be processed the same day they arrive at the shop.

Please send an email to info@rockswithsass.com with your full name and order number to begin the refund process.

Exclusions: Live Sale items are viewed in video format. Returns, order cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted for these items. This keeps the shopping experience running smooth and fair to everyone who shops our Live Sales.

We take great pride in offering low prices on quality products all year round. Twice a year we offer site-wide sales. Our first sale is in July for our anniversary and then again in November for Black Friday.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email info@rockswithsass.com with photos within 10 days of delivery. Please note that misfit crystal sets are already discounted to take into account the fact that many of the crystals within may be chipped or broken. Please review crystal listings carefully when purchasing: crystals are natural products, and some natural imperfections are to be expected, especially in certain types of stones.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped out via USPS 1-4 business days from purchase, unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website. Once the post office receives the package, First Class mail is typically delivered in 4-5 business days versus 1-3 business days for Priority mail. Please check the tracking number provided in your order fulfillment email for details about your package.
Please note: once the package is handed over to USPS, it is completely out of our control. We cannot access any additional tracking information or affect the package in any way.

International shipping is available for select countries starting at $13. Total shipping charges will calculate in your cart based on the shipping address and weight. Taxes, tariffs, duties or fees set by the receiving country are the customer’s responsibility. International orders may take up to a month to arrive based on each country’s delivery speeds and customs clearance. Please note due to higher volumes during the holidays/the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer.

Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect or missing address information.

If you live in the US and your tracking is showing the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps before reaching out.

1. Check with other members of the household to see if someone else accepted the package, and check any other locations where packages are typically left at your address.
2. If you live in an apartment, check with your main office.
3. Visit https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/package-inquiry and provide the tracking number. This form will check the GPS location of where your package was scanned and
delivered.
4. Fill out a Missing Mail Search Form through this link: https://missingmail.usps.com/

We use a wide range of shipping materials for our online orders, and we do our best to keep our planet in mind when packing orders, while also being sure your crystals will arrive safely. Our mailers are all made from recycled content and biodegradable. Our tape is entirely plantderived, renewable, and industrially compostable, and our packing peanuts are made from starch and decompose in water leaving no toxic waste.

We believe in giving a second life to the shipping supplies used in the shipments we receive from our suppliers. We often save newspaper, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts to reuse for our online orders. Crystals that are delicate in nature will be wrapped in bubble wrap when necessary.

Crystals

Our crystal offerings come from all over the world. You will find the country of origin listed in the description of each listing. A high percentage of our pieces come from artisanal lapidaries who work directly with our family owned suppliers. These suppliers pride themselves in paying fair trade prices for these minerals and working with the miners and lapidaries to create a beneficial relationship for all involved.

Some suppliers do not have websites with information on their ethical policies readily available. In cases like this, we ask questions concerning employee pay, age, and working conditions. As most of these businesses are small and family owned, they are happy to talk this through with us and provide photos of their operation.

We do our very best to stay up to date on mining practices throughout the world in order to bring you stones that have mined been in the most ethical way possible. For example, we currently will not be stocking Lapis Lazuli due to its Taliban connections or Jade from Myanmar because of child labor.

All of the crystals we carry are natural with a few exceptions that are always clearly labeled and explained in the description. These exceptions include aura and heat treated crystals (enhanced) and Goldstone (man-made from natural copper).

Aura crystals are created by placing a natural crystal specimen in a vacuum chamber under extreme levels of heat and infused with silver, platinum, and gold particles. The vaporized particles of metal condense onto the crystal’s surface and bond to its form. The crystals and metals are both natural, but the process is considered an enhancement.

Heat treated crystals have been exposed to high temperatures in order to enhance or change the color and clarity. The only example of this we carry is our “Citrine Tumbled Pocket Stone (Heat Treated)”. The majority of Citrine on the market is actually heat treated Amethyst. You can tell the difference between natural and heat treated by the color: heat treated Amethyst is typically more on the orange side than natural Citrine. This practice is very common and accepted in the industry; however, clear labeling is necessary.

These practices have been passed down from generation to generation. Examples of crystal usage found in day-to-day life include watches, radio, television, radar, computer chips, phones, solar panels, lasers, and more.

All of these examples show that certain crystals act as resonators and transducers of electromagnetic energies. Knowing this fact, it's reasonable to consider the idea that crystals may be capable of transforming and/or magnifying other forms of energy that have not yet been measured by today’s scientific tools. 2. Crystals act as tools in your healing journey, not an instant cure. They allow energy to flow more easily and are a tangible representation of your intentions. They are not your healer. You are your own healer.

This is the easiest way to find the perfect crystal for your situation, and sometimes one you might not have even known you needed!

You may be drawn to its color, pattern, sheen, texture, or other unique characteristics. Cleansing your crystals is up to your own discretion. Some crystal enthusiasts claim it is necessary maintenance for the stone. However, others believe crystals will eventually always return back to their original Dominant Oscillatory Rate or DOR.

There are many methods to cleanse crystals, including, but not limited to: running them under water (make sure your crystal is water safe), exposing them to moonlight, sound therapy (using tuning forks or singing bowls), burying them in the earth, smoke cleansing with herbal wands, visualization, and more. Although Rocks with Sass started as a jewelry business, we now focus primarily on crystal specimens. We are no longer offering custom jewelry services and instead periodically release new jewelry styles for purchase.

Rocks with Sass is a retail-only store. We are not set up for wholesale purchases. As with any business, our list of suppliers is proprietary information and will not be shared. It takes an enormous amount of time, dedication, and funds to craft a list of trusted suppliers. We wish you all the best in finding the right suppliers for you and your business.

If you’ve provided an email address during in store check out, or if you’ve purchased with us online & added an email address to your order: That email address is now connected to your loyalty points! All you need to do to access them and reap the benefits is create a password on our website.

Once you’re logged in you can find out how many loyalty points you have, and what Tier you are by finding the Rewards function on the left hand side of your screen. On mobile it will appear as a small purple gift icon, and on desktop it will say Rewards next to it. There you can see your point total, convert your points into coupons, and see your current tier (Amethyst, Fluorite, Tourmaline, or Opal!)

Once you’re logged in to your account, you can add your birthday by finding the Rewards function on the left hand side of your screen. The bottom option will allow you to add your Birthday, however you won’t be able to edit it later, so be sure to double check before you press enter.

For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn a loyalty point! Once you get up to 200 loyalty points, you’ll get a $10 dollar off coupon.
